Absolutely gorgeous
This rug is gorgeous and has really brightened up my living room and made it more luxurious. I love it my toddler loves playing on it the cats love it and my friends dog likes sleeping on it. I was a little worried having a cream rug but having spilt a whole cup of tea on it which I was able to remove easily I can say confidently that it's stain resistant. Brilliant. Well worth the money and delivered within 3 days of ordering. Thank you

Great Product and top class service
The experience of purchasing this rug was faultless from start to finish. Superb communication and a great product of which we are delighted. Bearing in mind that our rug was shipped from the USA we had received it within 6 days a top class service. Many thanks for such an excellent product and great value. AC & LP

Luxurious!
Bought this rug in ivory and it is beautiful! It doesn't have a smell or need a rug pad. It looks and feels much more expensive than it is and it was at my door in just 6 days which is awesome since I live in northern Canada. My mother and good friend have also recently purchased from this website and have had the same great experience!

Classy
Every step of the way to the arrival of our rug yesterday was clear concise and easy. The rug is as advertised beautiful and luxuriously soft with the colour just as anticipated.

Just what I wanted!
Bought this rug for our new rec room in the red and it looks and feels great! I would just watch out if you are prone to wearing pale colours the dye will rub off onto your clothes as it did for my husbands pale grey sneakers as he was installing a TV and kneeling on the rug for several hours.

Love it!
I also purchased the 10 X 13..one for bath one for bedroom. Exactly what I wanted. Very thick and plush. Blues are so hard to match but this shines many shades..not so much navy as teal. Impressed that they laid flat right after packaging. Delivery was prompt.

Soft and lovely
Really lovely rug would deal with co againWord of warning is if ordering from Channel Islands they do not understand that you are not part of the U.K. But the British isles and not part of the EU and therefore get charges both import duties plus GSTThey did sort it out in the end very helpful and reimbursed the excess tax
