I placed my order on a Sunday afternoon and the rug has arrived by the Wednesday morning which I thought was pretty quick considering it had been shipped from America. I didn't get a purchase confirmation email which you tend to get with most other online purchases. But when I emailed customer services with a question I got an immediate response and I got an email informing me that my order had been shipped with a link to track my purchase which was good. In conclusion I am very happy with my purchase and irugs service and would happily recommend them.
