Rugs should never be delivered folded. They should always be rolled. Folding creates to many creases, etc. Disappointed it arrived folded. I have never encountered this before! Rug feels a little cheap and not soft to the feet. Also, the beige colour is more like a pale yellow. Unhappy!

This rug took about 3 weeks to lay flat. It’s not as plush but roomba is able to get over it. Great for the price and if you don’t mind minor ripples. Nice color. Very neutral. Easy to vacuum

The folded rug takes a bit to relax. I know shipping it rolled costs a lot more in shipping, but maybe give it as an option for a cost
