They have completely changed this rug for the worse. It’s completely different than the same one I bought in 2024. They ruined it with cheap colors.

It’s been down for over a week, and still does not lay flat. I am trying to flatten it with heavy weights, but I’m not sure how successful it will be.

The pile height of the 2 rugs of this pattern and color I ordered is 1/4 ", not the 3/4" stated in the product description. If this rug is not machine made I'll eat my hat. I will keep it, though because it is in a high traffic area and we have a dog with large paws.

It is very yellow and the yellow color is splotchy across the rug; not vintage-look, just sloppy blotches. Rug looks decently woven, but the colors are a no go and it doesn't fit the 10'10" rug pad because it is shorter than it's supposed to be.

Reviewing a different size or color: 8x10 · Rust RedNice rug but not at all like the pictures. It is green - not turquoise not blue-green; it’s green. Bright green in places. Otherwise a good rug but if you’re going for turquoise or trying to match something that shade you will be shocked at how GREEN it is.
Reviewing a different size or color: 12 Ft Runner · TurquoiseWhile the runner i ordered is lovely the 7 x 7 rug was not. The pattern is huge and it is a stamped design. The colors were uneven with light beige and crean in one side and carrot orange on the other side. The whole thing was overwhelming and a nightmare. Customer service was quick and helpful and I should be getting my refund soon.
