Customers love the beautiful designs and the wide variety of styles available, often highlighting the fast delivery and reliable tracking. While the rugs are lightweight and easy to move, some users recommend using a steamer or allowing time for the material to flatten after arrival.
Ordered my rug and it came within 7 days with very good tracking. Exactly what I wanted a little crinkled one and but has flattened out after 2 weeks and steaming.
Reviewing a different size or color: 4x6 · Ivory and GrayLove the print and colors of the rug but it was shipped folded up instead of being rolled up so now it has stretched out in the places where it was folded up and won’t lay flat.
Reviewing a different size or color: 8x10 · BrownLove the rug, however, it came folded and not rolled. It was super wrinkled. There were instructions on the back to remove them but I had to Google better instructions. I flipped the rug face down and let it rest a few days. Then i used a steam iron over a damp white towel to iron the wrinkled out. I had to do this a couple of times on my 9x12 rug. Very labor intensive and time consuming. But I love the rug so I didnt mind. It now is laying flat.
Reviewing a different size or color: 9x12 · GrayRugs from here come folded . You should roll 9’x 12’ not fold . I like the rug but it’s folding on the edges
Reviewing a different size or color: 9x12 · MultiOverpriced cheap garbage. Arrived folded up and full of stretch marks and creases. Would have sent it back instantly but you have to pay to have it couriered to the USA or Switzerland which costs a fortune making it economically unviable. Total con. I assumed it is a UK website due to the company name but it is not. Don’t make the mistake that we did it was an expensive one £250 for a cheap garbage poor quality rug that looks like crepe paper. You have been warned stay well away!!!!!
Reviewing a different size or color: 10 Ft Square · Beige and IvoryThe rug has a unique design and looks great on vinyl plank flooring. The downside is that there are massive bumps and wrinkles from the shipping being folded, not rolled, and these are very hard to flatten.
Reviewing a different size or color: 8x10 · MultiThe rug has creases that never flatten, its fraying on the edges after being in my home for less than 6 months.
Reviewing a different size or color: 10 Ft Square · BrownThe pattern of this rug is pretty but it is so cheap. It came folded up which caused it to have bubbles and folds that will not come out. Super disappointed and will be either returning or selling.
Reviewing a different size or color: 9x12 · IvoryHaving to make my first return! Awful smell, color, and completely did not align with the description.
Reviewing a different size or color: 10x14 · Beige and IvoryLoved the rug. Just the right weight and the color was true to description
Reviewing a different size or color: 5x7 · MultiI don't like the way the corners roll up & sometimes catch my foot.
