I purchased a rug for £99 nothing wrong with the product but it did not suit where it was intended. I requested a refund to be informed that I would have to pay £59 to return as their warehouse is in Switzerland. I complained saying you have a uk web address a uk freephone number and on your website you state how good your returns policy is. Absolute disgrace!
